Holistic Health Counseling
Our team includes certified addictions counselors, licensed therapists, life coaches and certified alternative healers with backgrounds in Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and much more. All Psilo Sangha efforts are dedicated to providing holistic health resources alongside our psilocybin services, with a focus on comprehensive, integrative healing at the cognitive, emotional, and somatic levels. Availability of these extra services may be limited as the demand is pretty great but we will always make our best effort to meet the various needs of individual members.
Veteran Support Programs
Our support programs prioritize providing low or zero-cost services to veterans through dedicated funds. Veterans-only peer group integration sessions will be accessible via our events and calendar links. Our veterans peer-support-specialist program offers training in mindfulness, non-violent communication, and facilitation services so that these wounded warriors in recovery can effectively engage with their peers having military backgrounds and essentially “pay-it-forward” this gift of healing. This method of training and peer support allows various demographics to keep their unique circle strong and healthy within the greater Psilo Sangha community.
Honoring Diversity
Our commitment to healing extends beyond veterans to include other heavily marginalized groups, such as BIPOC, LGBTQ+ communities, and others who often face unique challenges and barriers to accessing holistic health services. We believe that everyone deserves access to transformative healing, regardless of their background or identity.
Mindfulness and Meditation workshops
We offer guided meditation sessions live and via Discord on Monday mornings (830am) providing communities with a mindful start to the week) Wednesday mornings (630am) with a focus on spiritual alignment, and Friday evenings (8pm) with a focus on addiction recovery and support, providing communities with a mindful grounding practice to begin the weekend. Additional services will be available via our events and calendar links.
Support for Released Inmates
At Psilo Sangha, we believe in the transformative power of mindfulness and psilocybin practices to aid in healing and reintegration for individuals who have been incarcerated. We are committed to offering mindfulness programs within the corrections system for interested inmates. These programs are designed to help participants cultivate a practice of mindfulness and demonstrate a commitment to their personal healing and wellness.
For those who continue to practice mindfulness for an extended duration after their release, despite the challenges of reintegration, we offer an opportunity to be considered for our psilocybin services. This next step is intended to further support their healing journey and aid in their successful reintegration into the community. By maintaining a strong dedication to their well-being, released inmates can access the additional resources and transformative experiences that Psilo Sangha provides, enhancing their path toward recovery and integration.
